Earth's Call:
Time for Unity
Earth's Call is the EUD International Foundation C.I.C groundbreaking response to this pressing challenge. This innovative project aims to empower us all to stand up for a healthier planet.
With your help, Earth's Call will become the largest crowdfunding campaign of its kind. Through the Eud International Foundation C.I.C., we will harness the power of collective action through an operating system called “Social Capitalism” to heal the earth, restore the environment, and protect our oceans and sky.
Our Goals
Each of us has a role to play. The future depends on you because whether you like it or not, you are part of this Earth!
Join Earth's Call and answer the call of our planet!
Ecosystem Restoration
Revive severely damaged ecosystems, stabilize Earth's fragile balance, and mitigate the harshest impacts of climate change.
Community Resilience
Provide people in vulnerable areas with the knowledge and tools they need to build resilience and thrive in the face of natural disasters and climate change.
Leading in the Circular Economy
Support the circular economy model, minimizing carbon emissions and fighting global warming.
Together, we can build a brighter, more livable, and more prosperous future.
Our First Initiative
FOREST RESTORATION IN HONDURAS
In the first step of the project, we are calling for contributions from the community for forest restoration in Honduras. We are working with the Institute for Forest Conservation (ICF) to restore burned forest areas. Our efforts go beyond reforestation to include sustainable farming practices, reducing the need for slash-and-burn agriculture.
Since the beginning of this year, an average of 2,138 forest fires have been recorded in Honduras and affected more than 202,000 hectares of forest across the country. Most of the causes of forest fires are caused by humans, but some are also due to climate change, warming temperatures and prolonged droughts.
Fire and smoke are smoldering throughout Honduras and creating unprecedented pain and loss. Hundreds of thousands of species have died and lost their homes, and humans have also been seriously affected.
We are breathing the same air as Honduras. The serious destruction of forest areas in this country will also affect the global ecosystem and in the future, will also affect you.The air you breathe, the water you drink, the food you eat... will all be affected by the butterfly effect. Climate change is a global event.
Right now, the whole world needs us to help save this situation - before it gets worse. We are asking for donations within the framework of the Earth's Call project to restore forests in Honduras. Every amount of money raised will be sent to the Institute for Forest Conservation (ICF) to restore and replant new forests to compensate for the burned areas. At the same time, we will also plan to build a sustainable farming program to protect forests in Honduras.
As the waist of the Americas and the most vulnerable place in the world to climate change, we have been watching the people and nature of Honduras buckle under terrible negative impacts. These wildfires have and will severely negatively impact Honduran water resources, ecosystems, and the resilience of the Honduran people to climate change such as storms, floods, and droughts.
We believe that by connecting with a local organization - ICF Honduras, our actions will be implemented more quickly and effectively
They are the agency of the State of Honduras responsible for the management and administration of forest resources, protected areas and wildlife, through the application of normative and regulatory instruments for the protection, restoration, use, promote and preserve for the benefit of the people of Honduras.
